Professionals hub

Welcome to the Kent Family Resources Hub for professionals working with children and young people aged 0 to 19. The hub has information and support for professionals working with pre-school and school-aged children.

Under fives

The Health Visiting Service supports families with a new baby or child under five-years-old by offering advice and guidance.

We work with midwives, GPs, paediatricians, local children's centres and voluntary organisations to provide the best possible care to families.

We welcome referrals into our service from professionals.
