School-aged resources hub

Kent School Health support children and young people aged four to nineteen, including those who do not attend school.

Our team works with schools, parents and carers as well as other professionals like health visitors or community paediatricians to prevent ill health in children, families and the wider community, support safeguarding of children and young people and address any health needs to make sure every child reaches their potential.

Our Kent Child and Kent Teen sections have information aimed at parents or carers of children that you might want to signpost to. The Whole School Approach section has information for professionals of school-aged children and young people.

Professionals can complete an online referral form about a child they think would benefit from our support. You will receive a confirmation email that your referral has been submitted. If you don't get an email within a few minutes, check your junk folder in case it has gone there or call 0300 123 5205 and select option two to speak to a member of the team.
