Family Partnership Programme (FPP)

The FPP aims to empower parents and help them and their family to lead a happier, healthier life.

It provides support to families in Kent during pregnancy and after their baby arrives. It is designed for those who may benefit from additional support and are experiencing social, emotional or practical challenges.

What can you expect?

You will receive up to 22 one-to-one sessions with a specially trained Health Visitor called a Family Partnership Practice Lead. These sessions can help you:

  • develop positive relationships with your child and have a greater understanding of their needs
  • build confidence by identifying your strengths as a parent
  • make positive lifestyle choices
  • build relationships with others.

How to access the Family Partnership Programme

You can also phone your local Health Visiting Team(opens in new tab) to find out more information or to check if you're eligible for the programme.
