Immunisation community clinics

If your child missed an immunisation at school, is home educated or you would prefer to have their immunisation outside the school setting, you can book an appointment at one of our community immunisation clinics.

Book your child's flu vaccine (both nasal and injection) using the button below. Pre-school siblings can also get their flu vaccine with their sibling but you don't need an appointment.

Vaccines offered in secondary school including HPV, meningitis and Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio (TD/IPV) can be booked via the button below if your child is eligible for these.

MMR (Measles, mumps and rubella) vaccines must be booked via phone 0300 123 5205 or email kchft.cyp-immunisationteam@nhs.net.

If your child missed any other pre-school vaccinations, you can fill in a referral form and someone will contact you to book an appointment to catch-up on these at one of the community clinics.

Families who might need further support

We understand children with special educational needs, a disability or those who have a needle phobia may find vaccination sessions stressful. We offer all children the opportunity to receive their vaccinations in an appropriate and comfortable environment. Our experienced nurses are on hand to help make sure you are supported from start to finish to help you get the protection you need. Contact us before to discuss ways we can support you and your child, including extra time for your appointment.
