Immunisation community clinics

If your child missed an immunisation at school, is home educated or you would prefer to have their immunisation outside the school setting, you can book an appointment at one of our community immunisation clinics.

Vaccines offered in secondary school including Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), Meningitis ACWY (MenACWY) and Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio (Td/IPV) can also given in our community clinics if your child is eligible for these.

MMR (Measles, mumps and rubella) vaccines must be booked via phone 0300 123 5205 or email kchft.cyp-immunisationteam@nhs.net.

If your child missed any other pre-school vaccinations, you can fill in a referral form and someone will contact you to book an appointment to catch-up on these at one of the community clinics.
